Do you accept walk-in patients?
Yes, patients without appointments are welcome and will be triaged based on clinical urgency to ensure those with immediate needs are seen promptly.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your time to another patient. A fee will apply for appointments missed without adequate notice. You can cancel via HotDoc or by calling reception.
Do you offer phone consultations?
Yes, phone appointments are available if you meet current Medicare telehealth requirements. Please contact reception at (03) 6334 5500 to arrange a phone consultation.
When are fees payable?
Fees are payable at the time of consultation. If payment is not made on the day, a $10 accounting fee will apply. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and EFTPOS.
Is parking available?
There are 7 free patient parking spots allocated to out patients located off Clarence street as well as free parking across the road.
